Outgoing calls to destinations outside the Calling Plan are blocked. Making calls outside these destinations can result in significantly higher charges due to different international calling rates, which can lead to unexpected bills. If you do require to make calls outside these destinations, please send a Helpdesk ticket to our support team with the required destinations and they will assist you making this option available.
Unified 365 connects your Microsoft Teams users, which have a Teams Phone add-on subscription, to the (international) telephony network. Every user can have a telephone number. You only need Microsoft 365 Business or Enterprise subscription with Teams Phone, and Unified 365 takes care of the connection.

Once you have access to your self-service Control Panel, additional users can be provisioned. A dial plan, describing call routing, IVR and user number plan so you can set up the service in the Teams admin centre. No more is needed.
No, you don’t need an additional Calling plan. Unified 365 has 20 countries included in the calling bundle and other usage is billed on Pay-as-you-Go basis. You pay for those phone calls on a per-second basis.
Yes. Every user can have its own landline phone number. This can be a new phone number or an existing phone number. In case of an existing number, Unified 365 will initiate a porting request to the current provider and if successful connect your number to the Microsoft Teams subscription.
